Recommended handoff
- Capture lead and KYC basics in the field
- Attach photo or PDF evidence for later Odoo document validation
- Run duplicate precheck on phone, email, and ID number
- Submit to Odoo review only when minimum KYC is complete
New field case
Capture what marketers need in the field. Staff completes document verification and final review in Odoo.
Document upload
Add ID photos, supporting pictures, or PDF evidence. Executable files are blocked server-side before CRM handoff.

- Local draft check blocks exact phone, email, or ID / registration number.
- Server-side CRM check screens exact email and phone before handoff.
- Odoo should still run the final approval-time duplicate review.
Submission rule
The push event is an explicit marketer action: Submit for Odoo Review only after minimum KYC is complete.
This handoff now creates a real CRM case with validated attachments. Final approval still happens in Odoo.
